I'll get the obvious stuff out of the way. God Hand is not the greatest game out there, but it's very far from the worst. It brings the old-school beat-em-up genre back to life. The story is not great, but it makes up for it with fantastic gameplay and extreme difficulty, which makes your success all much more rewarding.

It's not the greatest looking game out there. But I have seen- and played many games that look a lot worse. As I always like to think: It's quality of the gameplay, not quality of the physical beauty

Gameplay: 10

It's fun to beat fat, bald guys, oversized amazon girls, and many other kooky enemies make it a fun experience. The fighting arena, in my opinion, is what makes it stand out. Most of my time has been spent in the fighting arena. It is the most replayable part in the game. Gambling is also fun, and the many things you can unlock in the game makes it all that more rewarding.

Sound: 8

The music isn't the greatest soundtrack I've heard, but I do like it to an extent. The enemies say some of the quirkiest things from time to time. I give the sound rating an 8 out of sheer biassedness. I love hearing Elvis cuss me out in Spanish

I've played the game at least three times, and I've spent a lot of time in the fighting arena. If you're reading this and you haven't played God Hand, I say this to you. Get it, hold it, love it, play it.
