Stage 2-1 (Part 1)

Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2

The little intro to stage 2 shows you a fatty and thug firing flaming cannons somewhere, so be careful not to get hit. The first enemy you'll see is a regular thug right in front. Taunt him from where you stand and fight him close to the door behind you so as not to catch the other enemies' attention (1 whip-lady + regular thug). Defeating the lady will earn you a key which you’ll need to enter the next area. (On a random note, you can always enjoy watching enemies react to fire. =D)

Halfway down the path is a small flight of steps leading you to a regular thug (optional) standing in front of a couple crates. After beating him, go back to the path and continue to the end where there’s an explosive can. You should now see 2 regular thugs coming after you; you can simply throw the explosive can at them. When they’re down, 2 ladies (one carries a whip) will approach you. Take them out regularly (or unleash godhand), followed by the one elite thug standing nearby (he can shoot his blue Mohawk). He will drop your second key when defeated.

To the right of the gate is the area where the blade fatty and thug were shooting their canons. They’re optional but the fatty will drop a blue chest containing Fist of Justice so you might as well do it. =)

Stage 2-1 (Part 2)

Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2

Again, you start out in a straight path. Keep going forth and you’ll see a friendly note telling you where to go, so let’s follow it shan’t we? =D In the area you walk into stands 2 whip-ladies and a regular thug. Take them out the usual way and then run up the stairs on the left. Another regular thug should be preparing to greet you. When he’s finished, pick up the explosive can down by the stairs (if you haven’t used it) and run back up the stairs. Turn to the right and you’ll see an elite thug with a gold club; throw the can at him, then fight him normally.

After he’s down, pick up the gold club and enter the only room there to see a thug scaring 2 lady villagers. Whack the thug with your club a few times and he should be dead, then follow the ladies downstairs or jump off the edge of the floor you’re on (shortcut). If you do the shortcut, you’ll land right in the face of a regular thug, so prepare to get away/evade immediately after landing, then kill him with club.

There’s a little corner by the path you’re now on, and that’s where the 2 ladies you just saved take their refuge, so don’t forget to claim your reward. The last 2 enemies you’ll be facing here are a whip-lady and an elite thug who’ll mostly come after you around the corner. Whack them with the club, or throw it at them.

Stage 2-2 (Part 1)

Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2

Now this is fun. Obviously, your objective is to save the villager from visiting the Milky Way. See the 2 explosive cans right by you? Throw it at the 3 enemies (1 bladed fatty & 2 regular thugs) and that should take care of them fairly quickly. Don’t forget to stomp out the fire to save the villager, then pick up one of their flame torches and throw it at any remaining enemy. There’ll be enemy reinforcements, but basically, just pick up any flame torch and throw it at them for easy damage. =)

When all is over, the villager will reward you with a roulette (yay!) – Daisy Cutter.

Stage 2-2 (Part 2)

Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2

To the left from where you start are some crates, and to the right is a Little Devil a room with more crates. Grab all items you need and talk to Little Devil for a challenge, which is optional, of course.

For this challenge you’ll be dealing with 2 waves of enemies with a 2 minute time limit. The first wave consists of 2 whip-ladies and a bladed fatty. Take out whichever you hate more first (the ladies have less health but the fatty friggin’ flies!). If you’re not on LV Die, you can always separate a lady from the three with a face kick, or you can instantly kill both ladies with one La Bomba. Then fill up your TP against the fatty using guard breaks.

The second wave consists of 1 elite thug, skinny ass and whip-lady. Unleash godhand (hopefully you have it) and kill off the skinny ass and whip-lady first, then punch the elite thug as much as possible until your unleash ends. If you don’t have godhand, face kick them away and kill them before the elite thug interrupts you, then deal with the elite normally.

Now that you’re done with the challenge, run to the end of the area across narrow pathway and you’ll meet with 2 regular thugs and an elite. Just deal with them however way you please.

Stage 2-3 (Part 1)

Run up the path and you’ll see 2 skinny asses, each of them atop a pillar. Jump up the ladder to your right and immediately duck continuously to avoid their dagger projectiles. Then, pick up the barrel nearby and throw it at one of them and they will fall over; now you can fight him. The other one will attempt to throw daggers at you as you fight, so stay near his side of the pillar to prevent that, or kill the other fast enough.

Stage 2-3 (Part 2)

Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2

You’ll be fighting 4 waves of 2~3 enemies here (all non-elites), and most likely a demon. If you need ‘external’ help, you can fight where the giant enemy cranes (LOL) are and have the crane accidentally hit the enemies, but since that’s probably more time consuming than the usual way, I tend not to do this. Also, don’t forget to make use of the explosive can and the lampposts (you can pull them out) nearby. You can also make use of the bombs the midgets there often leave you. Whatever you do, leave 2 roulette orbs untouched.

If you need health/items, there’re crates/barrels all over the place, both on the bottom and top floor. The crane should prove really easy no matter whaht you do. When it’s destroyed, a gate will open up. Follow the path and you’ll come to this door… with a face. =_=’’ (Let’s call it ‘beat-the-door’) It’s a lame door that requires you to inflict continuous damage on it to open. Do whatever you can and duck whenever it tries to hit you with its handles. You can even refill your TP ridiculously easily by YMK-ing the door. It's a freebie. =)

Once it’s open, enter the room to fight an elite skinny ass. He has a lot of HP for his size, and that’s when the 2 roulette orbs come in. Do a Dragon Kick on him and it should take out 85-100% of his health depending on your enemy level, then finish him the usual way if he’s not dead yet (save your godhand for later). Pick up the key he drops and hop onto the next area through the gate downstairs.

Stage 2-4

Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2

Take out the whip-lady and thug waiting for you (you can taunt them over one by one), then pull the giant switch on the left side of the area to reveal a hole in the ground with 3 enemies. Jump down onto it and take out the 2 ladies and 1 regular thug (you can throw the crates at them for damage and to open up more fighting space). When all enemies are down, she will reward you with one of THE best roulettes ever – Chain Yanker.

Jump up the ladder and proceed to cross the bridge where 3 stands on the other side can’t stop shooting arrows at you. Either run in between the arrows or duck when they’re about to hit.

In this area, you’ll have to deal with 2 elite thugs, one of which holds a gold club. Unleash your godhand (or do a Dragon Kick on both) and kill off the one with the club first. When he’s down, pick up his club and whack the other one a few times before throwing the club at him. Tadah~! Owned. Both of them will drop the 2 keys you need to enter the next area. The last 2 enemies in this area are 2 whip-ladies. Piece of cake, right? =)

Boss Fight - The Three Stooges

Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2

These three can be such assholes but no worries, you shall kick their ass. You deal with Felix, the big brute, first (he’s the easiest of the three). As the battle begins, run up to him and start punching away until he guards, then break it. Don’t worry if you miss; ducking every time you’re countered works almost all the time. Your objective while fighting this dude is to refill your TP, so every time you break his guard, perform YMK, then quickly evade-cancel to perform another YMK. (For detailed info on this tactic, check out the Useful Tactics section)

Repeat this until he recovers to attack or until your TP is full. You can easily defeat him just by guard breaking and getting in extra damage from your counter hits. Some of his moves that you must side dodge to evade are his ground waves and (dashing) horn attack; the others are all duck/back flip-able.

The 2nd one you fight is Bruce, the boomerang skinny ass. He is what you built up TP for. Like all skinny asses, he cowardly runs away often, so don’t let him get away. He also often does ground sweeps and slide kicks (back flip-able) and throws his boomerang (duck-able). The moment he comes into battle, unleash godhand and punch his lights out. That alone should take out half (or more) of his life. You can deal with his remaining life with a Dragon Kick (or you can do this first before unleashing godhand), by throwing crates or just the usual way.

The last one is none other than Conchita. Use everything you’ve got left on her, especially godhand if you have it. If you do have godhand, always spank her the moment you can while Gene’s godhand is still active; it does a hell lot of damage. If you don’t, you can always throw any remaining crates at her (eventually she’ll get dizzy), then run up to her while she’s still stunned and punch away until she guards, then break, then punch again, and rinse and repeat.

Stage 2-6

Stage 2Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2

Run up the path and you’ll see 2 boulder thingies. Knock them onto their respective ground switch and the gate will open (as if anything in God Hand is a puzzle at all). >_>” Taunting at them will lure all 3 over so it’s better to deal with them normally. The last 2 on the ground floor are 2 regular thugs by the ladder. One of these 5 is likely to summon a demon so save your godhand for that.

Once you jump up the ladder to the second floor, a whip-lady will join you from above. When she’s down, a regular thug will join, then a whip-lady, then a thug again. On the third/top floor are 1 skinny ass, 2 regular thugs and a ‘beat-the-door’. (Remeber to refill TP using the door!) Opening that door will lead you to a gold chest containing a strawberry or banana, and a switch to open the metal door on the site. When ready, leave the room and enter the gate on the other side.

Boss Fight - Elvis

Stage 2 Stage 2 Stage 2

And so they meet again. Take out the 2 skinny asses and Elvis will enter the battle. He’s not all too much different from your first battle, only he has a few new attacks. He can now blow rings of fire that trail after you for a while; I suggest you run around the field until it disappears. He can also puff out smoke from his cigar that damages you (not smoke screen). Back flip away to avoid.

Remember if you’re in need of godhand, you can always resort to the Chain Yanker + Yes Man Kablaam or Guard Break + Yes Man Kablaam tactic, or taunt from a distance.
