Note:
In DMC2, Dante has 20 secret missions in each mode from Normal, Hard, to DMD, which totals to 60 secret missions altogether. On the other hand, Lucia has 10 secret missions in each mode and totals to 30 of them altogether.

No matter which secret mission you enter first, you will start at "Secret Room Level 1" and that number will increase as you clear more secret missions in the 3 different modes. Once you clear a secret mission at a certain location, you can never go back in there again.

Unlike DMC1&3, all you do in these secret missions is to fight wave after wave of enemies. Naturally, the more secret missions you clear, the harder enemies get, hence you may want to consider starting off your secret missions on DMD and working down to Normal mode. For your info, secret room LV 60 includes THREE Despair Embodieds.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 1 Location: Enter the huge brown door to the NE of where you first encounter the Puias.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 1 Location: If you go NW past the area where you first encounter the Puias, there'll be a door blocking your way. Jump over it to the other side and enter the same door from there.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 2 Location: In one of the rooms (after breaking the 'face' on the wall) is a red orb generator. Get behind it and press O by the coffin.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 2 Location: In the room where there's a striking globe (used to open the cursed door), press O by the coffin to the left.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 3 Location: Stick to the right side of the street where a Goatling attacks and enter the reddish brown double doors.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 4 Location: From where you begin, stick to the right and enter the 2nd door.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 4 Location: SE of the gate you're supposed to pass to get to the boss is a red orb generator. Enter the door there.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 5 Location: After getting out of the tunnel and fighting a bunch of Puias and Blood Goats, jump to the right side by the buildings and enter the NE door.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 5 Location: After finishing off Orangguerra, enter the door to the left of the truck.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 5 Location: Enter the door to the right of the first infested tank you encounter.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 7 Location: Jump across to the other side of the lava room and press O by the wall/door at the right end.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 7 Location: After getting on the elevator twice, in a room where there're 3 doors, enter the left one.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 10 Location: Run forwards to the center of the room and press O by the pillar with a skull relief at the top right.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 11 Location: Run down the path where you begin and press O by the wall with an eye symbol.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 11 Location: In the room where you jump from platform to platform to the top, enter the door on the platform right below the striking globe.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 12 Location: From where you begin, turn around and enter the giant door you came from.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 12 Location: In the narrow path where there're doll-like breakables on both sides, break the doll to the immediate left of the door and press O.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 14 Location: Enter the giant door where you first fought Orangguerra.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 16 Location: In the room where you first obtain the first sacrilege, press O by the wall right beneath it.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 16 Location: After defeating Trismagia, press O by Arius' chair behind the table.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 1 Location: Jump into the sewers to the right of the Divinity Statue and press O by the corner wall.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 1 Location: Before entering the giant door to end the mission, go around to the left and press O by the face relief on the wall

	Mission Appearance: Mission 3 Location: In the house where you get Healing Heart, press O by the lit wall.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 3 Location: Before entering the door to fight Jokatgulm, go up the stairs nearby and press O by the right wall.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 5 Location: In the room where there're 3 doors, enter the right one. (Right before you end the mission)

	Mission Appearance: Mission 6 Location: After defeating the moth and reappearing on a rock bridge, DT and fly (?) NW towards a ledge with a large dark hole and search around in it. (Not very sure, would someone please help?)

	Mission Appearance: Mission 7 Location: In the room where you obtain Aqua Heart, jump to the ledge on top of the pedestral and hop over to the left where you see a door.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 8 Location: Right from where you begin, swim upwards a little and press O by the dark alcove on the side.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 10 Location: Enter the door to the left of the first striking globe you see.

	Mission Appearance: Mission 12 Location: After getting up the elevator, run towards the screen to a dead end where there's a vase. Break the vase and press O by the wall behind it.
