Mission appearance: Mission 3
Location: After jumping up the first series of grim grips, notice that there's a platform to the left which leads to another series of grim grips. Carefully jump across them as shown in the screenshots above. To get from the second grim grip to the third, you'll need to kick jump upwards after the second grim grip. Mission appearance: Mission 3 (Nero) or 16 (Dante)
Location: You can get this blue orb fragment with either Nero or Dante. The (much) easier one to do with would be Dante. DT and stinger off in the direction as shown in the screenshot above, then Sky Star twice (in Trickster style) + Air Hike twice until you land on a hidden platform on the other side. Break the wooden door and enter the alcove to receive the blue orb fragment.
With Nero, you'd have to Streak or run in the same direction as shown, then perform a Roulette Spin + Air Hike to get on the hidden platform.

Mission appearance: Missions 3, 4, 5, 6 (Nero) or 15, 16 (Dante)
Location: Along the walkway near the blue wheel on the second floor of the grand hall is a glass wall. Destroy that glass wall to reveal a blue orb fragment. |

Mission appearance: Mission 6 (Nero) or 16 (Dante)
Location: At the very beginning of Mission 6, take the route on the right (Nero's left) and the blue orb fragment will be at the end. |

Location: From the area in the screenshot, aim Nero's direction carefully at the blue orb fragment and Streak off the platform. Air Hike towards it at the end of your Streak. |

Location: In the area with the disappearing floors and two Mephistos, a blue orb fragment floats high up near the other side of the room. Double jump to get it. |

Mission appearance: Mission 8 (Nero) or 14 (Dante)
Location: Destroy the seed hanging on the ceiling of the pathway as shown in the screenshot to reveal a blue orb fragment. |

Mission appearance: Mission 8 (Nero) or 13 (Dante)
Location: In the light puzzle area, head left from the starting point to enter a different dimension. Defeat the enemies there and then check the room carefully to find a floating blue orb fragment. Double jump to get it. |

Mission appearance: Mission 9
Location: In the elevator area, get on the 1st elevator to fight some Scarecrows. After that, the elevator will rise and you'll notice a blue orb fragment on the other side of the door but you can't get to it. Ignore it first and get onto the 2nd elevator to fight some Frosts. After that, the elevator will rise and you'll notice an opening to the right in the elevator. Streak out of that opening to land on the ground on the other side. Explore that area to find the blue orb fragment. |

Mission appearance: Mission 10 (Nero) or 12 (Dante)
Location: In the elevator room as shown in the screenshot, jump up onto the ledge above the pillars. To do that, jump + Roulette Spin + Air Hike. Once up on the first ledge, jump up onto the next ledge using the same method. The blue orb fragment is there. You can also do this with Dante, which is easier, by DT + triple jumping. |

Mission appearance: Mission 17
Location: In the streets of Fortuna, jump onto the roof of the restaurant (where there's a tiny red orb) and then kick jump + Sky Star (Trickster style) over the railing to get your reward. |
